STORAGE
Sourdough thrives in the open air; keep loaves cut-side down on a board. For our Cinnamon and Butter Buns, an airtight container at room temperature will maintain that pillowy, enriched crumb.

THE TABLE
Each tag is made to order and carefully finished by hand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Good things take a little time — especially when they’re made just for your pet.
Yes — each piece is sealed with a protective layer of resin designed to handle daily use. While it’s not indestructible, it holds up beautifully for most pets with normal wear.
It is. The resin creates a waterproof seal, so it’s perfectly fine for everyday splashes, walks in the rain, or the occasional swim.
No — the lettering is sealed beneath the resin, so it won’t lift or peel over time.
Each tag is marbled and finished by hand, so no two are exactly alike. The overall look will stay consistent, but the pattern will always be uniquely your pet’s.

If you’re unsure, the standard size is usually the safest choice.

The no-bezel style is designed to be completely quiet, made from lightweight clay and resin with no metal elements.
The bezel style features a metal frame, so it may produce a soft sound when it comes into contact with other tags or hardware.
For a fully silent, minimal feel, the no-bezel style is the best choice.
If you need to make a change, reach out as soon as possible.
Once your tag has entered the curing process, the details are set and can’t be adjusted.A gentle wipe with mild soap and water is all it needs.
To keep the finish looking its best, avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged soaking.Because each tag is personalized, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with the order. If something isn’t right, we’ll always make it right.
