- 01Trim the Wick: For a clean, optimal burn, always trim the wick to 1/8 of an inch before lighting. Mind the Time: Do not burn your candle for more than four hours at a time. After four hours, extinguish the flame, allow the wax to cool for two hours, and trim the wick before relighting. Knowing When to Say Goodbye: Discontinue use when 1/4 of an inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel. Burning a candle completely to the glass base can cause the jar to overheat and shatter.
- 02Ideal Environment: Burn your candle in a well-ventilated room, but keep it safely away from drafts, vents, or air currents. Unattended Burning: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Ensure the vessel sits on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from anything that could catch fire. Keep Out of Reach: Keep candles entirely out of reach of children and pets. The glass vessel becomes hot during use and poses a burn hazard.
- 03Proper Storage: When not in use, store your candles in a cool, dark, and dry place away from direct sunlight or harsh indoor lighting, which can cause the natural wax coloring to fade. Protect with the Lid: Once the wax has completely cooled, keep the lid on the vessel to prevent dust and debris from settling on the surface or the wick. Cleaning the Vessel: To remove dust or smudges from the exterior glass, gently wipe it with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Ending the Ritual: After extinguishing, verify the flame is completely out and the wick is no longer smoking before moving or storing the candle.
- 04When it comes to creating a great home fragrance, the foundation of the candle is everything. We use a premium blend known as coconut apricot wax, a luxurious, creamy botanical crème that represents the pinnacle of modern candle performance. This wax is chosen not just for its striking, glossy aesthetic, but for its exceptional burning characteristics. Because of the unique fluid dynamics of coconut oil, it slows the consumption of the wick, yielding an incredibly long, clean, and evenly distributed burn that can last up to twice as long as traditional soy candles. The inclusion of apricot oil optimizes fragrance retention, resulting in an unrivaled hot throw that beautifully transforms an atmosphere. Derived from highly sustainable, rapidly renewable crops, it produces an ultra-clean, soot-free burn, offering an uncompromising balance of ecological mindfulness, safety, and sensory luxury.
- 05We intentionally select a coconut apricot blend for its superior performance across four key pillars: An Exceptionally Clean, Standard-Setting Burn Because of its unique molecular viscosity, coconut apricot wax burns with unparalleled efficiency, producing virtually zero soot. This ensures your vessel remains pristine, your indoor air stays clean, and the burn is as gentle on your environment as it is beautiful to watch. Unrivaled Scent Throw While many natural waxes struggle to release fragrance effectively, apricot oil is specifically integrated into this blend to maximize scent performance. The result is a superior hot and cold throw that effortlessly fills a room, allowing a single thoughtfully placed candle to transform a large living space. An Extended, Slow-Burning Ritual The fluid dynamics of coconut wax allow it to form a perfect pool around the wick, which naturally slows the consumption of the wax. A coconut apricot candle can burn up to twice as long as a standard soy or paraffin candle of the exact same size, offering a much longer-lasting sensory experience. Uncompromised Sustainability At the heart of this blend is the coconut—one of the earth's most resourceful, rapidly renewable, and sustainable crops. Unlike intensive agricultural crops, every part of the coconut tree is utilized, leaving an incredibly light environmental footprint. This makes our crème wax a far more ecological choice than mass-market soy, beeswax, or petroleum-based paraffin.
