Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada.
If international shipping is available, rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in Calgary, Alberta.

• If eligible, this option will appear at checkout

• Pickup details and instructions will be provided after your order is ready

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable).

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Sand & Slate is not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Delayed deliveries

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:

• We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed

• Additional shipping fees may apply if the package is returned and needs to be resent

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos of the item and packaging
