Soft, pillowy layers with a gentle tang, wrapped in warm cinnamon sugar and finished with a rich, balanced sweetness. Baked slowly and intentionally, these are the kind of treats meant to be savored. Warm from the oven or enjoyed the next morning with coffee.
- 4 or 6 sourdough cinnamon buns.
- Naturally leavened (no commercial yeast).
- Topped with cream cheese buttercream.
- Made in small batches.
